IWCD (Island West Coast Developments Ltd.) provides design-build, general contracting and construction management services for commercial, multi-residential, industrial, infrastructure, and institutional projects across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland. Located in Nanaimo since inception in 1986, IWCD has established itself as the largest, most successful commercial design-build construction company in the mid-Island.

IWCD is a member of the Vancouver Island Construction Association (VICA), and is both COR certified through the BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA) and Contractor Check certified. IWCD is also proud to be recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, having retained out Best Managed status for four consecutive years, making us a Gold Standard winner for 2017.
