This entails, if applicable to the client, land/lot acquisition, pre-planning studies and development, architectural planning and design, permitting and submissions, existing house sale/relocation/demolition, interior design, financing and construction complete from beginning to end. Some of these attributes may be handled by the client as they see fit, but ultimately, we can take care of everything for you, so all you have to do is sit back and make choices as to what you like, as opposed to being stressed out and worried about deadlines.
