Marco St. Arnaud had looked into retrofitting his first home to make it more sustainable, but it wasn't worth the time and effort. Instead, the 34-year-old oilfield welder started over with a new house in the community of Summerside, choosing to go with Jayman, a familiar name in the building industry.
