Graphenstone: Modena
Continuous coating for exterior and interior of air lime and graphene technology. It is applied as a finish on previously plastered walls. Highly breathable and mineral nature, it can be treated as a continuous material allowing the same finish on walls and floors. It is served in bi-material format (2 products), with a mechanical mixing that gives it a smoothness that facilitates its application with trowel, for a natural finish, smooth and with own effects of lime materials.

BUILT GREEN® Program Connection This product may help earn points under the following checklist item: 2.2.11 Paints or finishes are manufactured with a minimum of 20% recycled content. 3.18 Water-based lacquer or paints are used on all site-built and installed millwork, including doors, casing, and baseboards (less than 100 grams/litre of VOCs for 2 points or less than 50 grams/litre for 3 points). 3.19 Interior paints used have low VOC content (less than 100 grams/litre of VOCs for 1 point or less than 50 grams/litre for 2 points). 3.20 Interior paints used have no VOCs in base paint prior to tint (for 1 point) or in tint (for 1 additional point). Alternatively, for a full 3 points, use natural finishes, such as lime plasters (NOTE: if taking points in 3.19 also take point in 3.18). |
