26 watt high efficacy GU24 base fluorescent lamp provides about the equivalent of 100 watts of incandescent lighting (bulb included).  4 watt night light (bulb not included). Integrated humidistat senses the humidity level of the room and turns the fan on until the humidity level is below the preset percentage. Humidity level can be set up to 80% relative humidity. 4" Round duct connector with damper protects against back drafts.  Listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit.  Perfect solution to meet ASHRAE 62.2 continuous whole house ventilation.  Welded galvanized steel housing includes adjustable hanger bar for easy installation. Side access panel allows you to wire the fan from inside or outside the housing.
